We were unable to sleep from 10pm to 3am due to the crowd noise, yelling and loud music and horn blasts that went on Saturday and Sunday night. « The studio inside was clean and well stocked with extra linens and terry. Outside needs attention. Simple things like picking up trash, removing broken lawn furniture, etc. Trash between the main house and the studio appears to have been there for quite awhile. The cooler provides on the deck was full to the brim with water. No idea if melted ice from use or ???? If the owner/manager would do the simple things this could be a 5 star property. « Good use of space, comfortable bed and sofa, Very pleasant neighborhood walking distance to Fenway Park, Whole Foods and 2 subway stations. The kitchen is small but functional. The refrigerator either freezes salad or leaks water and the bathroom sink is tiny. But otherwise a sweet place to stay. Use Bounce if you need to stash your bags before check in or after check out. »

« Nice, spacious apartment definitely fairly new with plenty of amenities. Would stay here again. That said there are a couple things to note. First, be prepared to walk a good ways to get to your apartment. Secondarily there isn’t a local guide on premises. Would like to see some sort of neighborhood guide for restaurants, shopping, and entertainment. »
