It is a short drive to downtown Cooperstown and we enjoyed the location spending late afternoons sitting on the deck overlooking the lake. We highly recommend this property! »

« This is exactly what my family needed to recharge our batteries after longs days at the Dreams Park fields. The screened in porch was our favorite spot for morning and evening drinks. The futon couch was exactly what my mini MLB player needed to also recharge from peopling. It’s close to many attractions, yet feels secluded to pretend the world doesn’t exist. « The Boathouse is located down 67 stairs - which we read about in the description - still a workout, especially when loading in or out. The property was perfect for our family of four. There were lots of bugs on the windows, so we decided to keep them closed at all times. The window AC unit cooled the house enough and fans are provided. The house could use a refresh of furniture and towels. If I went again, I would bring my own towels. The beach towels provided were great. The water is stunning....

The cottage was super clean, well-stocked, and had a great porch attached to the cottage. Check-in was easy, and we took advantage of the firepit at night. We had a great weekend! »

« Outstanding giant cabin, perfect for a large group. Plenty of sleeping rooms, relaxing and common areas, outdoor space. All the amenities that were supposed to work, did. Pretty much anything you could possibly want, was somewhere in the house. The decor was eclectic, hunter, traveller, collector. I picked my room based on a little statue in it. Nice touch faux-family pics. We had a great trip, and would absolutely recommend the property, and go back. »
