It was about 20 minutes to both Dreams and ASV. This location was peaceful and had everything we needed. The screened in porch was perfect, as it rained a lot while we were there. We could still sit outside and stay dry. If you are looking for a place to stay while your child is at either place, this is it! It would be great if you could get 2 other families from your team to stay in the other cabins or the Chalet so that you have company in between games. If you like nature and being in the woods in a quiet setting, this is the perfect place to stay. The property was clean and was well appointed regarding kitchen items, bathroom essentials and linens. The whole Cooperstown experience was amazing - and, a bit exhausting as well. This property was a wonderful respite from the baseball craziness and really made the week feel like a vacation and not just another crazy baseball tournament. Kitchen was well stocked with supplies and the screened porch was great for yoga and to recharge. Fishing and kayaking 2 minutes away kept our younger son occupied during down time and the recommendations of other area attractions were welcome.
