« Beautiful little cabin in the woods. Fully stocked with everything we could need and more. Coffee, toiletries, even some snacks. Clean and tidy with tons of room for the kids to relax. »

« We had a wonderful stay! The house has everything you could possibly need for a fun weekend or week! So much to do between the lake and the games! We paddleboated, fished, played badminton, ping pong and cornhole! The host is very generous with her house, and just wants everyone to have a great time at her place! « We had a great time at this house! Came in for Cooperstown ASV baseball. There were 4 families with 10 yo and 15 yo. Had plenty of space, hosted a team party where we had dinner, roasted s'mores, and kids explored the creek. It was hot night one, but fine the other nights. We were 10-12 min to ASV. »

"I was really surprised by the charm of the motel with the lake and the view. The room is clean. When you enter the bathroom its like going back in the 80’s but its also clean and it kind of work with the rest of the place!! I’m happy we found that nice place to stay for the night. "
