It wasn't the cleanest or the nicest Best Western we have stayed at. It wasn't the dirties or the worst. It was ok. It provided a room and a breakfast for us that we needed for a wedding in the area. Staff were friendly.

Our room was very clean and tidy. Not a speck of dirt to be found. Staff were kind and friendly. The rooms aren't super sound proof so you can hear people talking in their rooma as you walk in the hallway the but other than that, it was a nice stay. We didn't use the pool or workout room but both spaces looked clean and well maintained.

I good motel in close proximity to Cooperstown, Oneonta and the Fly Creek Cider mill. The staff do a good job of maintaining the facility and are friendly and service oriented. ( HVAC filters needed cleaning for those guests with allergies,) The check-in policy is a bit cumbersome yet understandable given the potential liability issues but was hard to read on the small 3-inch credit card screen making you feel trapped and reliant on a clerk's trustworthy explanation. The hold is removed by BW at checkout and normally by the credit card bank within a day!

The room was very clean and had everything we needed. The beds and pillows were firm and comfortable (which I LOVED!). The staff was friendly and helpful, always greeting us with a Hello and smile as we were arriving/leaving. Overall, the stay exceeded my expectation.

It was surprisingly a good stay. The workout room needed attention as there was no water and towels available after the first day. Breakfast wasn’t the best but, its hotel breakfast Laundry machines were great. The only downside was I missed the checkout early by 1.25 hours and had to still pay for the room.

Nothing too fancy. I stayed in a one king bed room for my son’s Cooperstown experience. Breakfast is your basic continental breakfast options. The exercise room needs some better options, it’s pretty sad. The price is ridiculous during the summer because of the cooperstown tournament.

The room was clean, and the beds were comfortable. However, the room was very cold when we arrived, which was especially noticeable since it was a rainy day. Housekeeping also missed cleaning our room one of the days during our stay. Another downside was the noise level. People were very loud in the lobby well after quiet hours, which was disruptive. The pool area also seemed to lack proper ventilation, making the chlorine smell extremely strong. Overall, the stay was comfortable in terms of cleanliness and the beds, but there are definitely a few areas that could be improved.

Facility was clean and the staff was professional & helpful. However there were other problems that need attention! The card system to get into the room did not work. At first we could not get into our room and we had to get different cards. The new card got us into our room but after that we had trouble just getting out of our room. Once we got out, the door would not lock! Not good! The TV was not able to show the different channels available and one had to just click from one channel to the next and guess what was on. When reported to the desk they said the problem had been going on for some time and they blamed the problem on Spectrum. It was beyond a minor inconvenience and the staff should have takin what ever action was necessary to get it fixed. Had I know of these problems I would have stayed somewhere else.

The room was clean for the most part. One of our guests found 2 dirty plastic spoons and bubble wrap behind the desk. The toilet paper holder in the very small bathroom was partially hanging out of the wall. You could not step inside the bathroom and close the door. You had to back up toward the shower to do so. We were across a parking lot in a separate building than the main building. This was not great since we had to go out in chilly temps to use the pool/hot tub. The housekeepers were always very pleasant. There were kids staying with us and it took the front desk over 4 hours for someone to be reached to reset our television system. We were guests of 5 and we had 4 bath towels and 2 washcloths in our room. The lady at the front desk seemed put off when I asked for more bath linens as she said housekeeping said I had a do not disturb on my door. My point was, we are a family of 5 and didnt have enough linens to start off with. It was a decent place but I will choose elsewhere if we go as multiple guests again.
