"The house is better than the photos portray. It is quiet, feels almost rural, and is within an easy walk to the town square. The garden looks out over the sea across a mini vineyard and beautiful tropical plants. We spent so much time in the southern 'conservatory' where we could enjoy the view and stay cool - even though it was early September when we were there. "My family and I had the most amazing experience at this property!! We were given contact details of the management company before we arrived and they were always there on hand if needed. Francesca in particular was amazing and sorted out our taxi transfers to and from the airport and also for our day trip to Ragusa. We even had a face to face check in with Giulia who mentioned she offered massages at the property which was a real treat! The property itself is beautiful but I would advice to...

"Fantastic accommodation with its own little beach, it was a joy to stay here for all the family. A short walk around the bay of the main beach takes you to useful shops and great restaurants but it was always nice walking back at dusk to the quiet location of the villa. Just a beautiful well appointed place and Adrianna and Giorgio are probably the kindest hosts we’ve had on any holiday. We can’t recommend this enough."

We initially were a little tentative because we didn't see other reviews on the property, but we were so glad that we ultimately booked this because it worked perfectly for our family of 4. Maria di Modica is a beautiful spot, the beach is gorgeous, and restaurants and the town is charming. We would definitely stay here again!"

"Property manager was great and very quick to help with any issues, but we had no air conditioning in our bedroom for 3 nights . The cooker didn’t work on all the hobs probably needs a new one The house had no working corkscrew until we asked the manager to bring one . The welcome pack was nice . The location was quiet and ideal for small families . The pool was perfect . Good supermarket close and lovely beach and cafe ."
