"First room had cold AC. But toliet broke. No room service. They took all dirty towels but left none. Made bed half A$$. Ledt no coffee refill. Did not empty trash, and this was just the first night. The second night the same thing. Nothing fixed filled or replaced but the bed made. However this time we ran out of toilet paper. Not refilled wven after letting the front desk know about all the issues. When we returned from our day our we walked into the same mess of nothing done but the bed made. Went down and said something. They moved us to another room. However this room was ok other then the air conditioner didnt blow other then super low and never cooled down till about2 in the morning when we decided to leave. Do yourself a favor read reviews and dont stay here. We never will again. I dont leave many reviews but this place does not even deserve 1 star. "

"The hotel was filthy. Flours look like they had never been washed and had brown crunchy stuff all over them. There is mucus all over the walls and light switches. "

"The room was way smaller than it looked it the photos. The floor was so dirty that we could not walk around with socks on or barefoot without our feet getting dirty. I had to mop immediately , I was so disgusted. The bedding wasn’t clean either. The staff was friendly. My room said it would have an iron and ironing board , it didn’t but the staff provided us with one upon request. They also provided us with towels upon request. They do not change the sheets unless you ask. I booked at this motel because the description said it would have breakfast available but there wasn’t any. The pool area was ok. I would not stay here again. "

"The breakfast menu was o.k, the overall cleanliness was not up to standard. The elevator was cringy, it was so dirty. Staff were friendly enough.... Parking was good."

"We were pleasantly surprised with the property. It was spring break, baseball and soccer tournaments going on and the hotel was packed. With that said, we had the most enjoyable time there. Pool and hot tub were great!!! Would highly recommend!!!"
