This is a newer building and it still has that new building smell and feel. Everything was very clean and the staff at the front desk were super friendly and accommodating. No breakfast and only one coffee option in the mornings, but dining options are plentiful in the vicinity of this place. I’d definitely stay here again.

There was a customer in the lobby mocking and intimidating others guests in a way frequently publicly associated with amphetamine abuse. That was unpleasant but the individual working at the front desk informed me that he was allowed to be there as he was a guest. After this I had to transfer rooms because the room I was let had not been stripped and cleaned. At no point during my stay was I able to successfully sign into the WiFi. It gave an unexpected error every time. The coffee was really pretty unpleasant, and there was no creamer provided. Not even powder creamer. The linens seemed clean and the staff was polite. For those things I am grateful.

Read the negative reviews because they are the ones from actual guests. Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Walls are thin as cardboard and families on welfare live here in multiple rooms, so you hear everything: dogs, children jumping on beds and hitting the walls, doors constantly slamming, TVs, arguments, parties, loud phone conversations, all day, all night. The halls constantly smell like marijuana, there is no maid service, and many people like us have mentioned in reviews how surprise charges appear when they already somehow charged more than the Expedia rate was supposed to be! We checked out a day early, then saw an additional charge on our credit card. Called and they said the charge was because we never checked out! They agreed to refund the charge plus our last day, but no refund ever occurred. Called again and they wrote down my number and said they would call me back. Never did. I will have to address this in person.

Hotel was nice, clean, and quiet for the most part. Location felt safe and was not far off the freeway. Hotel was a little pricey for what it offered. Coffee, laundry and a gym. Cable was not working for a day in our room. The two ladies I encountered during my stay were both very nice. Check in/out was easy.

This was not a hotel or extended stay as we've come to expect. A bed, couch, desk and TV was all. Has a cooktop and fridge but no dishes, silverware or cooware.

The room had barely anything in it. No tissues, extra towls, extra soap, etc. The bed was also very cheap and very soft. I could not sleep well.

They offered zero housekeeping during our stay. If we wanted new towels, we had to bring them to the office in a laundry basket to get them exchanged ourselves, and then at checkout was charged over $36 for a ‘linen exchange fee’ that I EXCHANGED MYSELF! They also tried to charged my employee $700 for her SERVICE ANIMAL which is illegal.

This place was not at all what I expected. The kitchen area did not have any utensils, plates, etc. there was not an even a coffee pot. I felt like I moved into an apartment and forgot to bring my things! Thank goodness there was toilet tissue! The towels were skimpy and no hand towels. The only saving grace was that the room was clean , the bed comfortable, and the employees were very nice.

I arrived late evening. The first room I got was either already occupied or hadn’t been serviced. The second room had defective blinds that wouldn’t close. The room I finally stayed in didn’t have any soap in the bathroom. It seems like a brand new property, but there are many bugs to be worked out.

Disappointing Stay with Poor Service Our stay was frustrating from the start. Check-in took nearly 30 minutes despite having a reservation. Basic amenities were lacking, and customer service was nearly nonexistent—we couldn’t even get anyone on the phone at the front desk. To make matters worse, both the internet and cable were down for the first two days. The location is also inconvenient, with no restaurants or bars within walking distance. Overall, a very disappointing experience. Would not recommend.
