« This is a unique lofted duplex in the middle of the Sonoran desert. We loved the solitude and beautiful sunsets from the deck. Tons of hiking opportunities right from the property. We found the apartment dated, but comfortable for 4 adults. We did have some minor complaints (multiple power outages, lack of basic cleaning supplies, no grill on-site as advertised, trash under deck) but none of which would prevent us from staying here again. « Large space, well laid out. Missed in details, such as dining for four, beds for six. Also, much of the furniture is very low and tired. Half of the new curtains installed wrong side out. Good area, parking, sign in, linens, kitchen, laundry, etc. Nothing required contacting manager. Helpful in site office, good pool and grounds. Almost great »

« The condo was Filthy when we arrived and we had to clean it. The bathrooms were filthy. Contacted the property manager, and she said a cleaning crew was on their way, but they never showed. Very disappointing. »

« The property was on the second floor but there wasn't a view out of any window, the unit had a dark claustrophobic feel. The living room seated four with a good view of the small flatscreen and the carpet which was in need of cleaning. The bed was confortable but there were no ceiling fans, no dresser in the master, and the lighting was minimal. The bathroom was discouraging as the towel rack fell off the wall and someone prior to me had experimetnted with some type of purplish die. The kitchen...

« I enjoyed my stay at this property for 12 days in #32. It was very clean, comfortable, and overall quiet. However, it did state that there was a dryer in the unit. I was there for 12 nights so really did need a dryer. I did contact the office right away. Although they were quick to respond initially, they never did address the problem or get back to me. The check in was simple, I felt very safe while there. Close to the grocery store and easy to get around. I will definitely stay here again. »

« We have been communicating with VRBO and they have been trying to help. We stayed for 2 days until we got a confirmation from management that we would be receiving the balance of our booking. About 6 to 8 days reimbursement. It has now been 2 weeks and we have not received anything. Place is a big scam. I am surprised thatVRBO still lists this property. »

« 9 Day Stay. Refrigerator was not working for first 6 days. Staff kept assuring us that part would be delivered. Finally, on day 7, a new refrigerator was delivered. Too late for all the food I purchased. Studio is very outdated, minimal utensils provided and 2 rolls of toilet tissue for a 9 day stay?? No dish towels, face cloths…..I shared my views, no response from mgmt. No refund for non working refrig., no nothing….crickets. »

« While the inside seemed clean enough, this condo could really use an upgrade. The small outside patio table was filthy, as was the bedroom carpet. As advertised, the LARGE bed was in reality only a double bed. The tv in the bedroom never worked but worst of all was there was no hot water. Ever! Management texted almost every day to see how the place was and these issues were supposedly sent to maintenance but nothing was ever looked into or fixed. « The weather was cold and the only heat source is the ac/heater in the bedroom wall so we were chilly unless in the bedroom. The real furnace blew cold air constantly- had no thermostat to shut it down and was wired very strangely inside its closet. Husband is aircraft mechanic and took a picture of it. No sitting room other than the futon in the bedroom or the tiny kitchen table. The floor was not clean- socks got very dirty without shoes. Kitchen was very basic and needs some good non-stick...

« This was hands down the best decision ever! We have dogs and to find a place that actually accepts pets and you don't have to take them with you during the day was perfect. We stayed in "pet friendly" hotels but couldn't leave the dogs during the day! I would definitely go back! »

« Nothing with the owner. The construntion of the building is very thin and if you are trying to sleep in after a long drive. You feel that the all the cleaning, walking and talking is in your unit. The property is great. Well located. The renters are awesome. »

« We appreciate that the Owner was responsive. Check in was easy and we had everything we needed. An important part of every stay is the comfort of the beds and we all enjoyed a good nights sleep. Swimming pool was well maintained and having an indoor pool table was fun. We only stayed a couple nights, and we’d rather stay at a home versus a hotel. Thanks, this accommodated us well! »
