"Unfortunately, the Jacuzzi was out of order. We came during warm weather 3/4/26 - 3/10/26 and brought our swim wear to use it, but were disappointed. The furniture in our unit was very old and worn out. Needs updating badly. The balcony wood railing/banister was completely rotted and in immediate need of replacing. We stayed at the hotel twice before over the past 5 years, but are realizing it is not being kept up to hotel standards. ( we are aware that the units are privately owned, but none should look like that. Also, the main amenity we wanted was not working. Location is great, the staff was nice. The outside of the buildings really need to be pressure washed and painted. "

"Great location if you want to experience downtown. The air conditioner was quiet and the beds were clean. This is not a five star hotel and doesn’t pretend to be one. Would have been great if they offered larger coffee cups and lids. Eggs are not part of the included B’fast. "
