« The downtown location of this hotel is incredible - you can walk to restaurants, shops, and breweries. Parking was easy, the room was TO DIE for, the whole property is incredibly clean, tbe breakfast is delicious, there’s coffee/tea/water all the time, the patio between houses is super nice, the bed was super comfy and the bathroom was amazing. 15/10, literally cannot wait to go back. »

« The room was very nice. Bathroom was beautiful. Beds were comfortable. Staff was very nice. Continental breakfast brought up to the room was a great morning surprise. Location obviously was convenient to everything. Only complaint is that the free play arcade was awesome, but machines were not that well maintained. « Rooms are spacious, wonderfully appointed with soft robes and good coffee. Very comfortable beds. The location is perfect, close to shops, spas, breweries, restaurants. Staff is friendly and helpful. Would absolutely stay here again. »

« The owner and the manager are incredibly warm and welcoming. The place is absolutely charming and everything is making you feel at home, and better! From breakfast to the late afternoon wine and cheese, it is like joining a club and sing immediately welcome into it. »

« Big room. Clean. Very unique. Quiet. *However, one end of the hotel is where trash pickup is and one morning, it was like 5 am and very loud-beeping and picking up the big dumpsters & slamming. That was my only complaint. It didn’t make sense that it was that early. »

« This hotel is right in downtown Asheville, near wonderful restaurants & terrific art collections, also the shops on Lexington Avenue. You can walk to everything (but need to drive to Biltmore Estate.) Haywood Park hotel was an historic Bon Marche department store so the rooms are spacious as are the hallways. Extremely helpful staff. Do be aware that if you have a car you will be required to use their Valet Parking which I mistakenly thought was $22 per day but which in fact was $22 every time...
