Great staff, very helpful with checkin & recommendations for local sites. And a good location close to Courtney shops and restaurants.L9cals restaurant is just a walk away and very good! If you are a bike rider this hotel is right on a bike, walking, birdwatching path that is a about 5 km s and keeps you a bit off the highway really nice addition to a trip

The hotel is beautiful. It's obviously new, clean and spatious. The bed was comfortable and the room in general was very modern and spacious. I didn't golf but the golf course and associated ammenities were visibly beautiful and well cared for. My only criticisms would be that I ordered a salad for dinner at the hotel restaurant. I added chicken to the salad and was alarmed to discover that the filet of a chicken breast was an upcharge of 16$. It negatively impacted my impression of the hotel. The other is that the spa offers massages performed by staff who are not registered massage therapists. I have noticed this is an increasing trend presumably to increase profit margins but there is a lot of opportunity for serious danger when someone hasn't adequately learned about body anatomy. I also have concerns allowing an unlicensed person into such an vulnerable setting. Aside from the criticisms, it was a beautiful hotel and a wonderful experience.

Love the location. Walk to Starbucks. Walk to Costco. Walk all over Crowne Isle and it’s beautiful. Easy drive to Cape Lazo, Seal Beach too. The Cabins are on the golf course. Super spacious. Private. And fully equipped. Just missing an oven is all but we made it work. Will stay again. In fact already booked.

Great location. The staff were amazing and friendly. The rooms were clean and quiet.

We had a clean and comfortable room although you could perhaps use some air conditioning. It was quite warm.
