Very nice hotel. Clean room and close to everything in Courtenay. Staff were super friendly. Greeted us every time we came in and asked us how our stay is and if we needed anything. Will stay here again next time we are in town.

We stayed at the newer cottages along the green. Great units for couples, which are well appointed and comfortable. There is parking at each unit, which made unloading and loading easy. The bed and bedding was excellent, and the room well stocked for our stay, minus any real creamers for the provided coffee/tea. We sourced those from the restaurant, but given the standard of Crowne Isle, I anticipated better than coffee mate packs for that morning coffee on the patio overlooking the green. The staff were all excellent, and the food in the restaurant was great. The overall property is one of a kind, and doesn’t disappoint.
Our cabin was clean overall, but the windows were terribly streaked and dirty, which took away from the great view. The bedroom blind was broken in the closed position, which made it dark all day without any natural light. Which leads to my only suggestions…time for a deeper clean, and fixing things that are clearly broken.
