I went there on snowing day and they even provide snow boots, slider,etc for you to have fun. The snow viewing from the in room open air bath is spectacular. The best thing from this hotel is dining, super nice room with large glass windows for snow viewing, high class speaker with wonderful music choice, and the best food I ever had out of all the onsen ryokon I stayed, the food itself is Michelin 2 star worth. Valuable ryokan which payable such expensive cost. Nice both private and public outdoor onsen. Dining in the absolutely private room which shown snowy valley with falling snow through wide window.
