« Our stay was wonderful. It was steps away from the beach and there were restaurants within walking distance. The kitchen and bathroom were well stocked and check-in and check out was very easy. The beach was not too crowded and the neighbors were friendly. We would definitely recommend this place and stay here again. »

« I have never written a negative review in the dozens of vacation rentals we have stayed. But i could not let this go. Upon arrival the refrigerator was unplugged. contacted the host and she said a new 1 was supposed to be delivered earlier. i replied why was i not told as it takes hours for cool down for foods to be safe. I waited 2 1/2 hours for delivery. No ice maker or ice trays in new frig. the door code was broke, only 1 key. Front door very hard to open even delivery men had trouble. paint...

The pool, hot tub and tiki area are the best. This place is our home away from home. « We recently stayed at the Cook cottage for our first trip to Dunedin. The location was as convenient as it could be for walking downtown and enjoying all the restaraunts, breweries and shopping activities.
