I had high expectations for this property based on videos we had seen, however felt like it did not live up to them. The hotel room was nice, the bed very comfortable and the staff friendly.
The letdown was the buffets. We had the seafood buffet one night, the dim sum buffet one night and breakfast buffet each morning. While there was a variety of different foods at each of these, the quality was not great. The lobster was overcooked and dry which was disappointing and most other foods didn't have a lot of flavor and a lot of items were cold even when they had just been bought out as 'fresh'. For the price you're paying, I would have expected more
