We are calling it the 'Posh Pickle' because a private pickle ball court is being installed as soon as the city grants permits (hopefully soon)! Bring friends & play! Just a 4-5 min. walk to Old Town Louisville & the perfect little (888 cozy sq. ft.) oasis for your getaway. 20 mins. to Boulder and Denver. Our thoughtfully appointed home has everything you need, whether you stay for a couple of nights or the whole year:). The space The home is fully remodeled with just about new everything (linens, kitchen items, fixtures, etc:). It is fully stocked! Guest access The whole house and property, just not the garage or shed connected to the garage. Other things to note The property is off of the frontage road to Hwy. 92\. You'll hear some light traffic while outside, but you won't hear it much while in the home.
