« This was priced and advertised as a deluxe penthouse suite, it was a penthouse suite. There was nothing deluxe about it. Our first night there the people below us had a domestic dispute to the point where the police arrived to get things sorted out. When I inquired with the front desk in the morning, no one knew anything about it. I asked them who do I call if this happens again, and they didn’t know. « Everything was good except the hot tub and pool were colder than the ocean. They came to fill the propane to heat the water but after 2 days, it still didn’t warm up. Would have been nice as the weather and wind were quite chilly. »
