The room was very comfortable and clean with a large terrace that overlooked the ocean. There is a rooftop with easy access and fantastic 360 degree views of the ocean, beach and mountains. I was there in January so the pool was kind of cold, as to be expected, but it was very clean and would look very inviting when warmer. Felipe and Alexis (and everyone else behind closed doors) were fantastic and very inviting. The food at the hotel restaurant, Cielito Lindo, was simple yet delicious and the service was great. Felipe was very accommodating with requests. ##### Brian ### 2/10 Terrible #### gregory Mar 12, 2025 We never made it to the hotel! The Expedia map directions took us over a very dangerous dirt and rock road. We got stuck (even in 4wd). It was getting dark and my wife and I were very scarred! Luckily, we were saved by a gentleman who was coming the other direction on an atv. He couldn't pass, since the road was very narrow. He was able to help us backdown the mountain and get to safety. After we got to safety, I called and texted the hotel, and Expedia! No response from either of them. The next day I did get thru to Expedia, who told me I could get a refund, but I had to upgrade to a "refundable" reservation and pay an extra $400\. Something isn't right with this listing.
