House Rules:

1. Guest Limit:

• No more than 3 guests are allowed on the property at any time. Unless approved by owner 24 hour notice.

2. Fire Pit Safety:

• Always turn off the fire pit when not in use or when stepping away. This is essential for safety.

3. Energy Conservation:

• Turn off the air conditioning whenever leaving the house. Help us conserve energy and keep costs down.

4. Checkout Procedure:

• Upon checkout, please place all used towels and bed sheets in the washer and dryer. Put dishes in dishwasher. Put trash in trash bag outside front door. This helps our cleaning process immensely.

5. Noise and Party Policy:

• Absolutely no parties or gatherings.

• Outdoor noise must be kept to a minimum after 10 PM. This is a peaceful neighborhood, and we respect our neighbors.

6. Candle Policy:

• No open-flame candles are allowed inside the house. Only use electric or battery-operated candles to prevent fire hazards.

7. Garage Access:

• The garage is off-limits to guests. Please do not attempt to enter or use this space.

Failure to adhere to these rules may result in additional charges or immediate termination of your stay. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.
