« It was everything I expected it to be. Comfortable, cozy, relaxing and close to the beach. Every morning I was able to take a walk on the beach, followed by the day visiting family. The location is ideal, the property itself is in a lovely and convenient location, the hosts are deeply kind and the home is exactly as described. The beds are comfortable (even the sofa bed), the towels are thick, and the kitchen and bathroom are well-stocked. We are already planning our next stay in Pasadena. »

« A little eclectic reflecting the owner's Hollywood past. Quiet. Great WiFi. My only suggestion is to bring a plug-in smoke detector. Didn't see one. (No gas hookups so no carbon monoxide issues). Location, Location, Location! Wonderful host ! »

« If you are looking for a great getaway spot close to LA, but you want to feel like you are nowhere close to the city, this is the spot for you. The home was beautiful and private. My fiancee and I spent a night after our engagement at this property and it was everything I was looking for and more. The Topoanga town is great to explore as well. Samantha was responsive, very accommodating to my needs, and had a great attitude throughout the whole process. I would come back! »

« The location can't be questioned, fabulously close to the beach, but also just far enough away to be quiet and away from the chaos that is Venice Beach. Communication was fab, no worries or concerns as check in day approached and everything went smoothly and perfectly. Upon entry, the property lacks some TLC, but is spacious and clean. The use of 2 bikes was a great bonus as their are some wonderful bike trails up and down the beach. And if people watching is your thing, then this area will...
