Ok not great not terrible. Very minimal you get a bed and room and access to bathroom and that’s about it. The rooms comfy and clean but both times I been here the other guests have been so loud. One seemed to be having an all night mini party and another left at 5am and seemed to slam doors for 30 mins and shouted outside. What staff we were able to reach were not at all helpful and / or unresponsive. There is no-one onsite to assist. Nightmare. Spend not much more and go anywhere else. First the weird text messages asking for ID and money, with no reference to the bookings. Customer support said it’s fraudulent and not to engage. Later said, no it’s actually the property. The property itself is a house in a residential area. What you’re booking is a single grotty room. The walls are paper thin, got no sleep thanks to people literally just talking in the downstairs room. Bathroom was gross. However, the mattress was pretty cheap, the shower in room number four was clogged and began to overflow pretty soon after beginning the shower. Finally, a shuttle one-way cost 42 pounds which seems unreasonable for a 10 minute drive. Taxis were cheaper but they were still 30 pounds. This feels like a scam: Make the listing appear cheap to look better in a price comparison with other properties, then charge an additional fee at the last minute.
