Our family of four loved our stay at The Harrington. The location was excellent. We walked to Hyde park, portobello market, museums and amazing restaurants. We were able to stow our bags after check out and they even accommodated an early check in. I’d stay here again!

We stayed here as a group of 4 females. The apartment was clean and well located. The only issue was the bed situation. We had specifically looked for a property which would give us a bed each. The property was advertised on Expedia as having one double, two twins and a sofa bed. I had also emailed them prior to arriving asking them to make up the sofa bed and received an acknowledgement confirming they would do this. However, the sofa bed (which was simply a sofa they offered to put bedding on) had not been made up and the twin beds were a single king size bed. When we queried this with reception they said that the twin beds were "subject to availability" offered to bring a z-bed into the living room.

Overall the hotel was great. Nice, helpful staff, clean room with good amount of space (apart from the tiny shower!) I loved having basically a mini apartment - it made it a much more relaxed stay. Only thing I’d note is that the carpets in the hall looked a bit dingy. Refreshing them would reflect the high quality of the rest.

Used to stay here a lot in the past. Came back and somethings changed. The location is still fantastic and the rooms are still spacious. However, everything looks beat down. Carpet, floors, bathrooms, etc. all are in bad need of an update. Worse for me was the AC wasn’t working because of an issue they are having but I was only told them after my prepaid booking was done. The new reception members are all over the place. It’s like they were caught off guard. Love this place and hope to return to a better update with hopefully properly trained welcoming employees

The location was great. It is walkable to underground station in 3min. Great dining area is around. Mostly the room was pretty spacious and very clean. Staffs are very friendly. We had little problem with UK’s outlet system, but they helped us to solve the issues. Gym was also great which open 24 hrs with updated equipments. My family loved staying there!

Great place

We had such a lovely overnight stay with our 2 year old! Having an apartment made our life so much easier than just a hotel room, there was more space than the pictures showed too! The staff were really lovely and couldn’t do enough to help. Great value for money and we will definitely return!

Location is a winner close to eateries and underground. We had a one bedroom apartment with nice well equipped kitchen. Bedroom was on the small side but sitting room was a good size. Service was exceptional, very personable staff.

Second to none

From the moment we entered the building it was amazing, the staff were so kind and welcoming. When we got into the room, it was even better than the pictures. We felt right at home, the bed was amazingly comfortable, the kitchen had everything you could need, the bathroom was well equipped too. Would definitely stay again guaranteed.

Great location, clean and spacious

The location is fantastic, 2 mins from Gloucester Rd tube station. Check in was really easy, just remember you will need photographic ID. The studio was clean, and had everything we needed. Loved having a TV in both the bedroom and lounge area. I can't fault tgese studios and will definitely stay here next time I am in London.

Super Harrington!

The welcome was amazing and team super courteous. The room was spacious and the amenities adequate for our needs, travelling with my partner and our baby. The location was excellent for all the nice things London has to offer. Pre-visit communication can be improved as a few messages I had sent earlier were responded to late.

Pleasant apartment

The room was a good size, 2 huge balconies, everything provided. Lift to room too. If my only possible safety comment, if you are infirm, pray the lift works, the emergency staircase is steep.
