I'd rate my stay as average. The rooms were very small and were not depicted as they were in online photos. My room, which had two twin beds, barely had enough space to lay out two open suitcases. The shower was also tiny and barely had enough space to move. The room had a lovely view, but it was also carpeted and dusty, which left me sneezing and congested for most of my stay. The lifts were also quite small, which is not ideal for someone carrying multiple suitcases. Prior to arrival, I was promised a complimentary glass of champagne. I forgot all about it so I didn't ask the staff, but I think it would've been nice if the hotel staff had either left the champagne and glasses in my room prior to my arrival or delivered it to the room on the first night. However, it fulfilled my basic needs as a safe place to stay. The hot towel rack is an uncommon but nice feature, the room was quiet enough at night to sleep decently, and the hotel staff was friendly.
