The bedroom was bare minimum (bedroom, bathroom) which is all that was needed as we were exploring London most of the time. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. When welcomed the staff were absolutely lovely! The room was quite small and simple but that was perfectly fine for me since I didn’t stay there long. The location is very convenient near Victoria station and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Apparently there’s a new owner now, so things are run a bit differently than before. The room was perfectly clean and although my shower was located outside of my room, one floor below, apparently I was the only one using it and it was no problem for me. I still had a toilet and sink in my room which was convenient.
