Amazing location and really stunning hotel and room. Only disappointment was the check-in desk seemed fairly small and got busy very quickly. Had issues checking in and we were made to wait for our room which hadn't been marked available by the cleaners. After 40mins waiting (2hrs after allocated check in time) I objected and they managed to get us a different room (slightly better) so can't complain but initially it gave the wrong impression of what I think is a great hotel. I would recommend it and will, I hope, be back again.

Quiet yet close to the tourist spots of Covent Graden and the Soho nightlife. The rooms are modern and quite funky. Reception is quite helpful but maybe under-staffed. Will be back for sure

Has a nice high end feel but the air con is noisy and can’t be turned off. Have stayed here twice now but probably will not go back or at least not without ear plugs!
