The room was clean and the staff was super friendly and hospitable. The hotel is close to all the best sights like the London eye, Westminster Abbey, great restaurants, etc. We will definitely stay here again when we return to London in the future.

It’s a hotel w/o an elevator and I asked for an easily accessible room due to a knee injury, they were very accommodating!! We had medication that needed to be refrigerated and the staff did that for us as well, as there are no refrigerator in rooms. The breakfast was fabulous, location very convenient! I would stay here again!!

The interaction with the hotel right from making the booking set the tone of how excellent they take customer service and how important their customers are. The bed was really comfortable and the room including the bathroom was spotlessly clean. Breakfast was of good quality and freshly prepared. Service was with a smile which was lovely. The hotel takes security and safety seriously which is reassuring with me being a solo traveller. I couldn't fault my stay and hope to be back to stay very soon.
