We had the accessible room at first which has a large (king sized?) bed, and large-ish bathroom with accessible shower. We had some hot waters issues so they moved us to a different room with a window (a nice improvement) but the room, bed and bathroom were smaller. It was fine for one night. I think it’s too small for two people for a number of days. Still, it is all quite new, modern, clean and comfortable. Just tight. The breakfast was very good in our opinion. Lots of options. However, the electrical system kept shutting down, and the WiFi didn’t function. In addition the only window was a small sliver in the corner that was completely frosted. It felt a bit claustrophobic. We had a 4 night stay, and while I appreciate that rooms are only cleaned by request, it was disappointing that our request for cleaning was seemingly ignored. It also seems unnecessary to have to go to reception to ask for toilet paper. When we came to the room there was only one set of towels, and we had to go to reception to get an extra towel. The bathroom only had one hook to hang a towel, and nowhere to hang hand towels. The beds are very hard. Very. If you like rock hard beds then you’ll enjoy these. I heard a lady comment at breakfast that she liked hard beds. So she liked it. I on the other hand can't stand up straight I'm so sore. It ruined our trip. The rooms are small. We didn't mind that part. We paid for a window and didn't get it but that's just a staffing issue. The bathroom sink sprays you every time you use the sink. It splashes all over even with the water barely turned on. If you don’t mind that then this room is for you. The shower doesn’t have a full door so every shower means the whole bathroom floor will be a puddle. This might be something some people don't mind. We did. The staff are very hit and miss. Some are nice. Some are quite rude. I heard numerous guests discussing how they had met some great staff and some truly awful staff. They have something going that is a straight up scam too. They charge people to check in early. Our flight was early so we had a 4 hour wait to check in. They told us we couldn't pay to check in early because they had over 100 people already pay. In the entire check-in period we counted 2 people check in early. They are pocketing a lot of money and promote it heavily in their lobby to ask an attendent if you want to check in early.
