Great location in Central London, decent rooms. Now to the bad, had a brand new shirt that I left on my bed go missing after my room was cleaned, reported and never had any resolution with the hotel. Got stuck on the elevator in the hotel and after reporting to the front desk, they acted like it was no big deal. My friends got stuck multiple times. Also do not recommend having the fish and chips at the bar; not proper at all!

All the staff were really lovely, from checking in to leaving our luggage for a couple of hours, great that there is a Starbucks on property, and again the staff were great. The location is brilliant close to tube. Would definitely recommend and will be staying again! Thank you

One of the best hotels I’ve stayed in in the centre of London. Fantastic location straight out onto Oxford St, immaculately clean, air con better than 7* hotel in Dubai. Immaculate breakfast room with constantly replenished hot and cold buffet foods, which was all nice and fresh with great choice of foods. Very friendly staff had a great stay can’t wait to co e back to London and stay again and stay longer.

We loved everything about our stay! The staff was amazing! The location was perfect and the room was wonderful! The balcony in our room really made a huge difference because the room was TINY. We will definitely be back and recommend to anyone visiting Paris!!
