Staff was excellent. Great location and comfortable room. Only issue that is not their fault was I did not read that it did not have a check in desk. We got off a cruise ship and arrived at property around 9:30 am and it was all locked up no one around. About 10:30 we got lucky and employee arrived and allowed us to store the luggage inside so we could walk around the area.
