"The McCormick building has a great location and exceptionally friendly and helpful staff. We used many outdoor areas for morning coffee, the pool and drinks outside in the evenings. The building is older and the rooms dated if that is important to you but all was clean and near by old town scottsdale and restaurants. We had coffee and a dinner on site and were very happy. Beautiful views of the pond and golf course behind. "

"The room was clean and spacious and the staff was very friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed the pool, although two times we were there, there were not enough towels, so take yours from the room. The breakfast was typical hotel style with waffle makers, eggs and sausage, bread items, etc. We would stay there again."

"The elevator was not working, the pool was dirty, the fire pit was not working and the room was over power ed with the scent of some type of cleaning solution The only thing that was pleasant was the staff "

"This Best Western has a beautiful pool-nice workout room-cute bar--nice rooms with a lot of space--across the street ther is a Chick Filet (sp?). Across the highway it is close to there is a grocery store and a really nice strip mall. Highly recommend if you are staying in Scottsdale."

"The rooms are very nice, well-appointed and updated. The grounds are pretty and the flowers beautiful. Unfortunately the food was just ok and the service at the pool and the cafe were terrible. We felt as though we were bothering them for being there. "

"Overall the condo was average, communication with the host was average they did not set up the second room with the beds I requested. Also after we checked in they notified us that one of the days of our stay water would be completely turned off for 4 hours not allowing us to access showers, toilets or sinks. Not something that was favorable. Host did not offer anything to rectify the situation. When we asked about this inconvenience we were offered some junk snacks for our kids and a cheap bottle of wine With so many options in Arizona we will not select this condo again"
