"The room was clean and spacious and the staff was very friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed the pool, although two times we were there, there were not enough towels, so take yours from the room. The breakfast was typical hotel style with waffle makers, eggs and sausage, bread items, etc. We would stay there again."

"The elevator was not working, the pool was dirty, the fire pit was not working and the room was over power ed with the scent of some type of cleaning solution The only thing that was pleasant was the staff "

"This Best Western has a beautiful pool-nice workout room-cute bar--nice rooms with a lot of space--across the street ther is a Chick Filet (sp?). Across the highway it is close to there is a grocery store and a really nice strip mall. Highly recommend if you are staying in Scottsdale."

"Cleaning staff did not speak any English so failed many times to clean the room even when asked. Impossible to find a pool chair and long service to be waited on at the pool. First night was set up in a super noisy room. Above valet parking / front desk reception. Did accommodate us the next day to switch rooms. Manager at the restaurant was super nice as most of the staff did not know the restaurant had change name so finding your take out order was a challenge. Overall was expecting so much more from a resort. "

"Overall the condo was average, communication with the host was average they did not set up the second room with the beds I requested. Also after we checked in they notified us that one of the days of our stay water would be completely turned off for 4 hours not allowing us to access showers, toilets or sinks. Not something that was favorable. Host did not offer anything to rectify the situation. When we asked about this inconvenience we were offered some junk snacks for our kids and a cheap bottle of wine With so many options in Arizona we will not select this condo again"
