"Under full construction, very loud at 7AM - 3PM. No parking, had a rental truck they wouldn’t allow in the parkade. Elevator broke down rattled down 3 floors and had to call maintenance company to get us out after 35 minutes. Missed our ride to airport because of it. "

"Love the location-can’t beat being right on the best beach in San Diego. We enjoyed the courtyard and fire pits every night. Only bummer was the pool and hot tub renovation, as that is a great amenity that we didn’t have this trip. But we’ll be back!"

"I was scheduled March 19-23, I understand it was in the middle of spring break but I have traveled here during this time and I have never had issues. First, children were screaming up and down to hallways beginning at 11;00pm until about 11:30pm. Secondlly, adults were arguing and screaming at each other deep into height bot ends of my hallways. I tried to reach the front desk but I was kept on hold for more that 20 until I gave up waiting. Lastly, men were being being spoken to in order to break them off the pool during a scuffle it all took place near my eindir while I sss run to enjoy dir free runs. "

"We have high standards, so here goes: Location: amazing. Staff: very friendly. Comfort: not good. Room was not cleaned by 5pm which seemed very unprofessional considering we left the room at 7am. Pillows were not pillows, they felt like ripped up pieces of cotton put in a bag. Very uncomfortable sleep. Amenities; The rooftop restaurant drinks were superb, special mention to Sahar the bartender. Food was great when it arrived hot, which it didn’t most of the time. This place has great potential…they just need to work out the kinks. "

"Found a condom wrapper under the pull out bed. Hot tub out of service, hefty unexpected parking fees, inconvenient and expensive parking, towel rack hanging off the wall in bathroom. Upstairs toilet clogged and we had to ask 3 get pretty assertive for someone to finally come fix it. Staff was friendly but I definitely wouldn’t ever stay here again. "
