This morning when we woke up we noticed one of the queen beds had what appears to be a blood stain by the pillow area. This tells us that the sheets we slept in were not changed. Additionally in this day and age of Covid-19, it would seem logical that hotels would be extra diligent in making sure that the rooms and all common areas are kept clean and disinfected to provide a safe and comfortable environment for guests.
We brought this to the attention of the manager, Leah in the morning when we phoned the front desk. Additionally, the water in the tub was not draining properly at all and we let her know about that as well. She assured us that the room would be cleaned and the shower drain would be fixed by one of our "engineers."
We returned in the evening with our two children who were cranky and wanted to go to sleep. We came to our room and could not believe it when we saw that the bloody bed sheet had not been changed and the room was left completely untouched.
Leah said she would get the room cleaned now. We waited over an hour in the lobby so we could have access to our room. She also assured us that the shower tub drain was fixed. When we went back after an hour, the only thing changed was the bed sheets and everything else was not clean. All the trash we had left was still in the trash cans and no new towels were provided. The shower drain was also still totally backed up. Also, all elevator safety inspections expired from Jan. '22!
