There was no help or front desk. My husband had to go to the main building a black a half a way to get the info. I want to clarified that I was not aware of the self check in or the fact that this is not a real hotel with no front desk it is a small building with no sign or visible name. I also was not informed that the main hotel was near by. Lack of communication was a big problem with this hotel.
