The check in was a nightmare we did not get the room number or the pin for the self check in. There was no help or front desk. My husband had to go to the main building a black a half a way to get the info. I want to clarified that I was not aware of the self check in or the fact that this is not a real hotel with no front desk it is a small building with no sign or visible name. I also was not informed that the main hotel was near by. Lack of communication was a big problem with this hotel.
