When we needed to forward our luggage, he was also the person that helped us by writing the information in Japanese to better assist the delivery person. The accommodation was perfect for our family of 4 adults. The only improvement we could recommend is that the seats sink a bit too much and needs to be repaired. Property is located in reasonably convenient location with convenience store 3 minutes walk and Kyoto station 15 minutes by walk. I couldn't fault the accommodation. It's exactly as described. There's laundry machine within the premises and 4 bicycles available and free to use. However, as there's shoji (paper base door and very thin glasses, cautions required if you are to stay here with young children. Also, as neighbourhood is quiet, you should be prepared to keep your stay as quiet as possible (wasn't the case for us). We were lucky to witness full cherry Blossom during our stay as cherry Blossomed late this year (we stayed 5-9 April 2024). Magnificent view from the second floor and bath tab. Staff, Mr Suzuki was very helpful and informative. My 20 yr old daughter and I had a wonderful stay at K’s Villa. It felt like being home.
