Walk from train station is flat and comfortable. The information on how many people this venue sleeps mentions 12 people. However, note there are only two rooms which fit three futons and one small lounge room. We had 9 adults which we had to squeeze three in each room and remove the coffee table from the lounge room to set up three futons to accommodate the 9 people we had booked and paid for.
