"In Kimberley for concert at Studio 64. This hotel is lovely. We were greeted right away. Has dining and breakfast. We did not dine there although menus looked great. Breakfast was included with stay. Nice selection. Room was very clean. No cable tv if you require however TV apps were available. Nice little coffee bar with access to coffee cookies, microwave and fridge. Rooms do have this. "

"The room was definitely large and nicely renovated. Everything worked as it should. The kitchen was pretty well stocked but could use another smaller pot and a spatula. Not a big deal though. Would stay again if passing that way again."

"Got there no staff we could talk to just an envelope at the desk with our name. Did a walk through the room and say that it was well below our standards. Tried to cancel immediately but nobody at Expedia would help I phoned Expedia followed the phone instructions and got hung up on several times I tried with the same disappointing results. Since there was no staff on site at the hotel all we could do is leave and pay for a service we didn’t want and couldn’t cancel. I will never book with Expedia again"

"This hotel is an original building in Cranbrook from the 1920s…very cool, very stylish. Excellent rate and a great bar/resto downstairs. Highly recommend this place over the more expensive highway hotels any day. "

"We really liked the Modern Olive restaurant in this hotel - excellent food and service. Pool and waterlside are in a bright natural lit large room. We liked our one bedroom suite with kitchenette and two bathrooms, it was comfortable, clean quiet. "
