While utility costs can be high, it felt like a hidden fee, even though it was mentioned in the listing. Most rentals include air conditioning in the overall price. It is a key part of ensuring comfort, particularly during hot months, and can significantly impact the guest experience. It is hoped that future guests won't encounter this additional cost. Despite this, the condo was exceptional, and it is highly recommended for a comfortable stay. "

"FABULOUS!! I cannot say enough about this rental. The views were gorgeous especially the sunsets. The condo was well equipped with everything you need. We did not want for anything. Beach was a one minute walk and we pretty much had it to ourselves everyday. Hosts were awesome and replied quickly to any questions we had. Shopping plaza nearby with anything you could need available. Also close to town with shops and restaurants and only 20 minutes from the airport. We were able to pretty much explore the entire island on day trips. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this property. "

"My family had a wonderful stay here. The view was amazing, the pool was huge and the space was perfect for our needs. The main space is not air conditioned and it did get pretty warm during the day but it didn't really didn't have a big impact on my family. The bedrooms have ac. The boathouse was an awesome apartment for my grandson. The kitchen was well equipped and the grill was adequate."
