About this property

Sunset House

  • Spacious house with gorgeous sunset views from the lanai. Beautifully decorated in a combination of Hawaiian and SE Asian style. New tile floors and tiled shower in master bedroom and bathroom. Large and nicely landscaped garden and yard including a gazebo.

    The house is about a 30 minute drive from Kona airport and 15-20 minutes from the beautiful kohala coast beaches. There is a shopping center with restaurants, a grocery store and a gas station about 2 miles away. The Waikoloa Village Golf Club is just a 5 minute drive. Beach equipment and 3 sets of golf clubs are available in the garage. A/C in master bedroom only, though Waikola winds and plenty of fans keep the house cool for most of the year.

    There are two feral cats that live in the backyard. They have an outdoor feeder that goes off twice a day. They are not allowed in the house.
