« Beautiful layout, comfortable, space to spread out, lanai facing the sunset was perfect, close to my favorite beaches, KTA right around the corner, comunal pool clean and not crowded, interesting history of the house (sad it is so croweded now), cool at night...we are from Alaska so we were never overheated, and many more positives. The couch was not very comfortable but we never turned on the tv and used the dining table and lani to gather together. The vegitation on the property was so local...

« Waikoloa Beach Resort was the best place to stay on the big island. Queens marketplace is a quick walk from the property and has everything you need. I loved the community pools and really enjoyed using the Hilton pool pass. The property itself was very comfortable, well equipped and fit our family of 6 perfectly. The beach toys, boogie boards, chairs and umbrellas came in handy and we used them daily. The property manager was very quick to respond and helpful when needed. I would love to stay...

« The townhome was as described in the photos. Amazing sunsets and views of the golf course. The owners were very responsive and communicated via text to see if everything was ok. There is lots to do in the area. We went night snorkeling with the manta rays, watched sunset and stargazed at the top of Mauna Kea and golfed at the Waikoloa beach golf course. The pool area is great and the beach is close by. Everything was great - I would recommend the townhome to family and friends. »

« My family had a very nice time here. The house is as advertised. Looked great inside. The backyard pool was used often. The location was great with gorgeous views of the ocean and sunset. The kitchen was well stocked. There were plenty of towels. The gas grill in the backyard was not very hot. It maxed out at 250 degrees F. Overall, we would come back here again! »

« We stayed for 4 nights in Waikoloa Village on the "Sunset house". It was very confortable with everything needed to enjoy our stay: cookware, many beach chairs, boogie boards and even a beach umbrella. The beds were confortable and the house was clean. Note that there are feral cats that live in the backyard and they would sit or sleep on the patio fourniture when we were away. »

« Spent the winter holiday here with my multi generational family. The open floor plan and large kitchen makes it a great space for large groups of people to gather and co-exist. The kids loved the pool. The security system on patio doors helped us feel comfortable with the safety of 2 young kids. It’s set back from the coast in a residential area on a golf coarse. very quiet and peaceful with a local grocery store nearby. Upstairs patio has a nice outdoor dining area with sweeping views...

« We were looking for a place close to a white sand beach on the Big Island. This house was perfect. Although about a 20 minute drive to Waikoloa Beach, the house was perfect for hosting two families of four. There were fans in every room and a water cooler in the main bedroom. The kitchen is extensively outfitted for anything you want to make, and there were leftover condiments and dry items, which were a pleasure to find. « Great property with pool and amenities nearby. We had a great trip! Good launching spot to explore the island. Very comfortable condo. Only thing we’d have different is the flooring in the unit. Many cracked and broken floor tiles and fortunate no one cut their toes. »
