Great place to stay with the kids.The house itself is beautiful, in a wonderful location. The amenities were everything you could think of. Beds were comfortable, bathrooms were clean, and kitchen was well stocked. It's an easy access to shops, beach and Hilton property. The pass was helpful. Amy was responsive during our entire time. For things that may need a bit improvement - During our time we didn't get to grill. It was only after we had prepped things we realized that there was no propane. This wasn't fixed during our stay. We didn't get access to the garage not sure why. Until a couple days later we didn't know that there was a garage door that was unlocked and it had all the beach toys and stuff. Very clean and everything worked great. Loved the garage for the rental as well as the elevator for getting all the luggage up to the third floor. It was an excellent spot for coffee and cocktails. The location of the garage was excellent as we had a large SUV. Unfortunately the interior was a bit worn. Neither of the bathrooms had adequate light for make up. Both of the showers are in need of a deep clean, and the washing machine was rather moldy. ##### Nichole H. The living room has multiple seating options. The bed in the master bedroom is comfortable. Air conditioning is nice when needed, although we enjoyed having the doors open for the fresh air. Amy was great and answered our questions in a timely manner. She even came by to help us when we couldn't figure out the T.V. We would definitely stay in this condo again! ##### Linda B. Island. This property is very nice, as advertised, the pictures are fair and accurate, the upstairs location gives it light and air that other units in the same complex. We stayed on the very top floor. (3 floors) and we had a great time. Very close to the Waikoloa a Shops easy to just walk there and back to the condo.
