View is of lava, golf course, and has lovely sunsets, but not ocean. Condo has wonderful pool, Jacuzzi, and beach gear. Would definitely stay here again. Favorite beach is Hapuna. Nice farmers markets. Groceries are less at Waikoloa Village up the hill. Wish it wasn't so darn expensive. In 5 years, these and other condos have doubled in price. We can no longer make every 3 years trips, unless we scale way down. We had 2 couples but easily would fit 6 very comfortably. We loved having the upstairs loft for those that got up early. It was so clean, and well stocked.
