Bathroom recently updated The Kihei Bay Vista complex and condo is one of the best and most desirable locations, due to the size of condos and complex. Only 60 units and 2 stories, you are located just across from Kalepolepo Beach and Sugar Beach area. The condo is equipped with everything you would want/need for your stay, from fully set up kitchen, washer/dryer, TV, electronics, iron/iron board, beach gear, free internet, linens, queen bed in bedroom w/TV and queen sofa sleeper in living area, etc. The large lanai is the most wonderful place to watch the whales during season, enjoy Maui's amazing sunsets or just to sit and enjoy a beverage and book. BBQ grills are on site to cook that great meal. A large pool and hot tub are located in the center of the complex, for R&R on the days you want to soak up the Maui sun. My family of three enjoyed coming back to this condo every night after our adventures all around the island. It's located in a perfect area to easily drive in any direction accessing all the must sees and dos. Our only complaint would be that the freezer smelled like fish and all our ice, in turn, smelled and tasted like fish. But I'm sure with a good cleaning, it will be fine for the next guest. I feel it is in a great location to easily access all areas of the island. It's about 20 minutes from the airport, 30-45 minutes to Lahaina depending on traffic, about 30 minutes to Wailea. The condo complex was very nice. The pool and grounds were attended to everyday about 7:30am. Inside the condo we had everything we needed. There was also the added addition of beach chairs, boogie boards, and snorkling equipment. We did bring our own snorkel stuff but having the chairs was very nice. It was an easy walk across the street to the beach. I would stay here again. ##### Debby C. Beautiful beach right across the street. All the stores and restaurants were right down the street from us. I really miss this place! So much fun and so beautiful! The only thing to watch out for are the ghost ants. They will be all over the counters in the morning. Change your trash and don't leave any food on the counters! ##### Lara K.
