This spacious 3-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom + loft townhouse comfortably sleeps 10, with a king bed, two queen beds, three twin sleeper sofas, and a fold-up cot. Enjoy the luxury of a private hot tub on the balcony, an updated kitchen, private laundry, and a two-car garage. While the nearest lift is just a 10-minute walk to the Mountain House Base Area, you’re also only a short drive to the River Run slopes. Additionally, Arapahoe Basin is less than 10 minutes away. You’ll be within walking distance of local shops and restaurants, offering the perfect blend of convenience and mountain getaway relaxation. From the entryway head upstairs to the main living area. The living area features vaulted ceilings and cozy leather furniture. There's a flat screen TV next to a beautiful gas fireplace with stone surround. All TV's are smart TVs with a Roku or Firestick. Just off the living area is access to the balcony featuring a private hot tub. Soak tired muscles after a long day of outdoor adventure and take advantage of the grill when making home-cooked meals. The full-sized kitchen is stocked with all the essential cookware and tableware to make a meal away from home and features stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. The dining area comfortably seats six with four additional seats at the breakfast bar. There is also a half bath on this main level. All bathrooms are stocked with towels and an initial supply of toiletries. The first primary suite is on the main level near the living area. It features a king-sized bed on our Ivory White Bedding program, large windows and a flat screen TV. The en suite bathroom has double sinks, a garden tub and a walk-in shower. The second primary suite is upstairs and features a queen-sized bed on our Ivory White Bedding program and a twin sleeper sofa. The en suite bathroom has a single sink vanity and a shower/tub combination. There's also a loft area just outside the suite that offers extra space and storage. The third primary suite is downstairs on the lower level of the townhouse and features a queen-sized on our Ivory White Bedding program and a mounted flat screen TV. The en suite bathroom has double sinks and a shower/tub combination. Also downstairs is a laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer. Detergent is provided for your convenience. The private two-car can be accessed from this level. Please note that we have a minimum age requirement. I thought that was weird.. we’ve stayed other places where they don’t care if we check in early if the house is ready.. so that was kind of annoying. The only problem we had was the garage door code not working so we had to open and close it from inside and use main door. Two were pickups and only one would barely fit in garage. Neighbors couldnt get in their garage at all so they didn't mind us parking in the drive. We also wanted a hot tub. The hot tub was dirty and not functioning. The property came and confirmed that and that was the last that we heard— no follow up and no offer to make good on the promise of a functioning hot tub. There were also some items missing— no salad bowl and showers that need some type of gasket so that water does not leak everywhere. The only tv that actually had a signal was in the living room. Bring your own cooking pans, the ones provided are impossible to cook on, an upgrade to a new set of cheap pans would go a long ways. Great access to Silverton for shopping and restaurants. Great free sledding hill between condo and Dillon with walking path to Lake Dillon. There were 6 of us that stayed in this really nice, lovely condo! We really enjoyed the entire space and hot tub. The kitchen was well equipped with all the necessary dishes/pots/pans etc. Everything was really clean. We loved the location. The only thing I would say to pay attention to is the ONLY parking for this condo is the 2-car garage. Our vehicle did not fit, and it was stated on our check-in page that we could not park on the driveway. I had never imagined this would be a problem. I went to the adjoining neighbor and luckily they were the owners of their condo and said there is parking behind our unit. There was a nice guest parking lot ride behind us that was never close to full. So thankful for the kind neighbor! We would definitely stay here again, bringing a blowup mattress though next time as pull out couches are not very comfortable for a 17 yr old. :) ##### Shawnae D. Dec 18, 2024 Liked: Check-in, location Disliked: Cleanliness, communication, listing accuracy #### Overrated We stayed at this property due to its convenient proximity to Keystone Ski Resort, but unfortunately, our experience was disappointing due to 8 different issues. The towels were dirty, the towel rack in the third-floor bathroom was broken, and the dryer barely worked. Hot water ran out after two showers despite the property being advertised for 10 people, and the water temperature in the showers fluctuated wildly either cold or hot no inbetween. The first-floor toilet leaked, the fridge’s water filter was overdue for replacement, and none of the TVs in the bedrooms worked as advertised.
