PLEASE BE AWARE: This community is currently undergoing balcony repair property-wide potentially through May 2026\. A 12 person crew will be working section-by-section from 8am-6pm, 5 days a week, and Saturdays will be weather make-up days as-needed. Please understand there will most likely be some amount of noise heard throughout the community. This unit's balcony repair is currently scheduled for 4/10-6/3\. and the noise will be significant when they are working on the unit. The construction dates are subject to change depending on how the project progresses. Our rentals have been priced to offset noise issues or any other inconvenience due to the construction project. Warm and welcoming condominium in a quiet waterfront community. The open floor plan overlooks the lush gardens with sliding glass doors leading to the expansive patio surrounded by lush tropical landscape with a hint of ocean view in the distance. \*\*\*PRIMARY GUEST MUST BE AT LEAST 25 YEARS OF AGE FURNISHINGS... This nautical 3rd floor unit has all the quaint decor suited for a life at sea. Perfect for a family getaway in this cozy condo with updated furnishings. The dining room table can seat six and the the comfortable living room furniture is great for watching a movie or playing a board game. SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS... The primary bedroom offers a king bed with writing desk and ensuite shower bath. The guest room offers another king size bed has its own shower/tub bathroom across the hall. The family room has a queen sized pull out couch. Perfect setting for families, or couples traveling with friends. DETAILS AND AMENITIES... Two spacious bedrooms and two full baths including a sunken tub and dressing vanity offer plenty of room for everyone. There is a comfortable, queen-sized sleeper sofa for extra guests, a well equipped eat-in kitchen with seating for 4, bright and airy dining room and outdoor dining under the stars. POOL AND OUTDOOR LIVING... Balmy ocean breezes and sounds of the sea surround you at this great oceanfront condo. Community amenities include a private beach, grill, large ocean-front heated swimming pool and tennis court. Walk just 2 minutes out the property's side gate to Smathers Beach, the largest beach on Key West! PARKING... Off street parking available in open lots in front of the building. CONCIERGE SERVICES... Enjoy our concierge service to assist you with planning activities for your trip, from bike/scooter/golf cart rentals to any excursion you can think of including snorkeling and sunset cruises, jet ski rentals, parasailing, kayaking, fishing, paddle boarding and much more. The pool area was where we spent most of our outside time ... my husband certainly appreciated the heated pool for doing his laps, then the oversized hot tub to "cool down." I loved the umbrellas and comfy lounge chairs, and the girls just loved the SUN!! The condo was excellent ... beds were comfy, balcony was so welcoming, especially coming from frigid Illinois! All in all, we enjoyed ourselves immensely, and it didn't hurt that the weather cooperated all week long with no rain and 75 temperatures every day. We love Key West! ##### Mary R. We only cooked breakfast but I’d LOVE to have that kitchen. Plenty of space. If you enjoy sipping coffee on the balcony looking out at a tropical paradise, THIS is the place. The pool & spa were amazing About a 20-minute walk to downtown area. I rented a bike. Owner has thought of everything! Great location - a short drive to Duval and Mallory Square, with great restaurants and art galleries, but away from that hustle and bustle. Pretty ocean view and garden-like grounds with Spanish moss, palms and orchids. There is no designated parking space but we parked close by when the condo lot was full. There’s a large communal hottub and heated outdoor pool long enough for lap swimming, both with ocean views and neither crowded. Key West beaches are manmade and the beach near condo is narrow and rocky, good for watching wildlife, not so much for walking and swimming. Not far away are 12 public, free pickleball courts with daily open play. Can walk to some restaurants and an old fort garden. Recommend the hop on - hop off tour bus and mangrove kayaking. ##### Laura P. It was very clean and nice for all of us. Our only complaint if you want to call it a complaint was the very limited availability of parking. However, we were informed of the situation before we arrived. We ended up getting a decent parking spot and instead of driving ourselves to locations we took an Uber or Lyft. A helpful hint from a local-Lyft is much cheaper than an Uber!! ##### Darin K. The furnishings were beachy and well-maintained. The kitchen is fully outfitted and the owners have provided beach equipment, etc. for a really nice stay. The pictures in the listing accurately portray the condo. Nice place!However, the overall property is very unwelcoming. While it's obvious that many of the owners opt to rent their properties out (like here on VRBO), it seems that the residents and Association take a dim view of that practice. When you arrive you're immediately advised (scolded?) with a detailed list of everything you can't do. "This isn't a resort, it's a community." That community spirit is well exemplified by the bevy of manatees lolling in the pool on their pool noodles and making loud, catty remarks about younger women in bikinis.I wish we could have had this condo in a more welcoming location. ##### Janet M.
