Fresh paint throughout, all new hardwood flooring, new kitchen with granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, and brand new designer furnishings make this a home away from home. A large rear courtyard with a wood sun deck and outdoor grill is perfect for entertaining. Located in the heart of old town Key West, Truman Annex is a gated community of private homes and condominiums. There is an inviting heated swimming pool on premises. All dining, shopping, and night life are within walking distance from your door. One of the highest-rated national park and beach area in America is just a short walk away. We were able to walk to everywhere. The condo was spotless. And the owners thought of everything you will need while staying there. The owner, Jim, was terrific to talk to. A great condo with wonderful amenities provided by Jim and Colleen: grill, bikes, beach chair, towels, parking spot etc. The condo was lovely, clean, neat and nicely decorated. The condo is in a great location, convenient and quiet. Jim was proactive in chatting with me and flexible per my arrival to Key West, allowing me to drop my bag at the condo early. The owners were very communicative and hospitable. They provided so much insight for places to visit during our stay. We enjoyed the use of their bicycles to get around and see the sites. The iguanas off the back patio were a treat to watch every morning in the bushes! The rental was very close to the things we enjoyed every evening.
