One of only two efficiencies with both a king size bed and a balcony (resort view). This unit has a brand new kitchenette featuring new wood cabinets, granite countertop and new stainless appliances including a mini-refrigerator, microwave, 2 burner countertop range, coffee maker and dishes. The bathroom is also new with a beautifully tiled shower and vanity with granite countertop. New entertainment center features tons of storage, large flat screen cable connected TV and DVD player. For your added convenience, it comes with free wireless internet, iron & ironing board and an in-room safe. The Galleon Resort and Marina is located at the end of Front Street, 2 blocks from Duval and 3 blocks from Mallory Square. All of the attractions, shopping, fine restaurants and famous bars are only steps away. The Galleon is at the very beginning of the 'Harbor Walk' where you can find numerous charter boats, parasailing, snorkeling and scuba diving, glass bottom boat tours and sunset sailing. This is the best location in Key West and you will not need a car. The Galleon Resort has a beautiful pool and spa, exercise room, sauna, BBQ grills, waterfront restaurant and bar. Staff at the resort were very friendly. I appreciate all the amenities the resort had. I did not end up using the beach access as the seaweed had quite a smell coming from it, but the deck overlooking the ocean and the pool area were great. The condo was clean with lots of storage and the bed was comfortable. I enjoyed being able to step out onto the balcony. I would choose different window coverings that would let in less light, but it was not a deal-breaker. You could hear noise from other condos pretty easily. Besides hearing the neighbors, the cleaning staff was there very early in the morning which was hard to sleep thru. However, I would stay here again. ##### Vicki H.
