"Property was described as 6 bedrooms. 4 with king beds, 1 with a queen and One with a king and a queen bed. The room described with both a king and queen had only one king and a twin pull out sofa bed. No linens were available for that bed. There was a second twin pull out in a hallway both too small for my tall grandchildren. Management company brought over an inflatable mattress we were unable to use as power went out from hurricane. They also brought 1 sheet and one pillowcase only. They were left in the entry way but no contact was made with us. Also second floor shower which overhangs first floor bathroom had a very bad leak. It obviously had been leaking quite awhile as paint and drywall were damaged. We felt it was a potentially dangerous as it could collapse into bathroom below. Management just said they would notify maintenance. We stopped using it. I asked management company for a discount because of the inaccurate description. He told me that wasn’t his department. Even though the hurricane was not your responsibility the fact that location is subject to power outages there should have been some candles, or flashlights available for us to use. When I called management to ask if there were any anywhere in the house I was told he would check with housekeeping and call me back, which he never did. This is my first experience with VRBO and it was most disappointing to have been mislead regarding room/bed descriptions, and to have one bathroom we couldn’t use"

"The view is definitely beautiful. We loved the pool here. Upstairs back window does not open so it is always very dark in that room as the window glass is darkened. Couple days without power in the heat and humidity was not fun, but owner does not control the weather. The fact that the window would not open and I had to sleep downstairs because the room was so dark and hot with the power loss. It’s very frustrating. Also, owner should have a flashlight in the unit for recurring power outages."

"The host Myra and her Husband were absolutely amazing. Communication and dedication springs to mind! We had a power outage due to a cyclone many miles away, and they appeared with flashlights and a heads up on the situation that may have came toward us, but in the end did not. Kind, supportive and very friendly… the owner of the house also kept in communication and when the power did go out, we were offered another two days FOC to make my party happy about the lost time… I wish all VRBO owners and their team were like this, what an asset, not just to the renter, but to Maui!!! Love them Highly recommend staying here, what a beautiful house and location, thank you so much Team!!!"
