The condition of the property was good, nothing was noticed which is always a good sign. Parking in the garage was convenient, although $34/night, but to be expected for the area. I enjoyed the location, close to a few distilleries that I could easily walk to. The room was comfortable and clean, I would stay here again.

Upon arrival, check-in was quick and easy. The staff was friendly and greeted me every time I came and went, always saying things like, "Have a great day!" or "Welcome back!" Their hospitality made me feel welcome throughout my stay. I'm usually not a fan of hotel breakfasts, but everything was hot, fresh, and well-stocked. The staff refilled the food frequently, so nothing ran out and everyone had plenty to choose from. The pool was advertised as heated, but it wasn't. That wasn't a big issue for me, though. My boyfriend used the gym, which was clean and had a decent selection of equipment. I stayed in a king room with a sofa. My only complaints were that the refrigerator didn't get as cold as I would have liked, and the bathroom was quite small. It wasn't comfortable for two people to be in there at the same time. My mom stayed in a room with a single queen bed. Her bathroom was larger than mine, but it lacked counter space for toiletries and only had a single sink. Her room also didn't have a closet, so she had to hang her clothes on hooks in the living area. The surrounding neighborhood looked a little sketchy, but I never felt concerned about the safety of my vehicle or belongings. Overall, I had a pleasant stay and would definitely stay here again.

The staff were friendly, professional, and did their best to help, which I truly appreciated. Unfortunately, the biggest issue was that the room I reserved was not available upon arrival. I specifically booked a Deluxe Two Queen room with a rollaway bed, but the hotel could not honor that reservation. That was a significant inconvenience, especially when traveling with children. I also have concerns about the overall cleanliness of the property, as several common areas did not appear to be well maintained. In addition, the valet parking service was terrible. While the staff worked hard to make the situation better, the failure to provide the room that was booked, combined with the cleanliness concerns and poor valet experience, made this stay fall well below my expectations.

Moxy is definitely an experience. The room was quite small but it is in downtown. The shower was literally located right next to the bed. Did enjoy the lobby lounge area. The bar which is also where you check in can get quite crowded on a Weekend night.

Very friendly and welcoming staff. Clean room and very comfortable. Very decent size television. Great stay and value.
